![]() Steam was working perfectly fine last night prior to this update as I played Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed for about an hour. It seems to me that this issue is caused by the recent update. I've been using Steam for four years and my library has always been installed on my E: drive although over the years that drive has increased from 512 GB to 1 TB and now 2TB as my Steam library grew in size. over 4 GB) then this process takes ages and I have 150 of these games and I have to do that for each one! I've found that Steam will attempt to rediscover the files rather than download them upon clicking on Install but if the games are large (i.e. ![]() The other non-Steam games are fine as are Origin, etc. I have about 300 games in the library and over half are Steam games, most of which show as uninstalled now. Point both OS's versions of Steam at it and both will pick it up (they may download some extra executables etc for the secondary OS, although it won't remove the other ones. The games are already installed as the SteamApps/Common folder is 871 GB. 1 Ramhound - Your library is limited to the install location, not the OS: you can have a dual-boot system with another hard drive that has your steam library on it. I have the issue here with almost all of my Steam library of Steam games showing with Install instead of Play after yesterday's update.
